Your privacy is important to Saha Collective, LLC, so we\u2019ve developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we use your personal information.   • Certain features of the Site may, at a later date, use GPS technology to collect real-time information about the location of your device so that the Site can connect you to a healthcare professional who is licensed or authorized to provide Services in the state where you are located.<\/span><\/li>
  • Strictly necessary and functionality Cookies are used on our Site to support Site functionality and security. These Cookies collect crash analytics and Site activity data, as well as provide security measures. We may collect information from your mobile device or computer including the type of device used to access the Site, operating system version, and mobile device carrier.     In many circumstances, the information listed above is non-personal information. For example, the information collected through Cookies may not contain any identifiable personal information. Saha is not a \u201ccovered entity\u201d under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, Public Law 104-191, and its associated laws and implementing regulations (collectively, \u201cHIPAA\u201d). If Saha functions as a \u201cbusiness associate,\u201d Saha treats your protected health information in accordance with HIPAA and the applicable covered entity\u2019s notice of privacy practices.<\/span><\/p>

    Any health records created as a result of your use of the Services will be securely maintained by Saha.<\/span><\/p>

    De-identified information.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>

    We may use de-identified information created by us without restriction. When we use the term \u201cde-identified information,\u201d we mean information that is neither used nor intended to be used to personally identify an individual.<\/span>

When we delete personal information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives (subject to applicable law) and we may also retain anonymous information about your use of our services. Once we disclose some of your personal information to third parties, we may not be able to access that personal information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures. After we delete personal information, we may retain de-identified information and will continue to use de-identified information as permitted under this Privacy Policy.<\/span>

But please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet or data storage facility can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Text messages and emails are not always secure because they travel over unencrypted networks that we do not control. As a result, we cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.<\/span>

      <\/span>By using the Services and providing us your cell phone number and email address, you permit us to communicate with you by SMS text message and email. You may also ask us to stop by contacting support@sahacollective.com. You understand that you may have to pay data costs to receive SMS text messages that we send to your mobile phone.<\/span>

      <\/span><\/i>We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights under law, or as set forth in this Privacy Policy.<\/span>
