By creating a provider account and listing services on the Platform, you (&#8220;provider,&#8221; &#8220;you,&#8221; or &#8220;your&#8221;) agree to comply with this Code in all interactions with clients and the SAHA Collective community.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These standards are designed to protect client safety, maintain the integrity of the SAHA Collective community, and ensure professional, respectful relationships between providers and clients.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SAHA Collective reserves the right to make changes to this Code of Conduct at any time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h2><b>1. Professional Integrity and Honesty<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>1.1 Accurate Representation<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your provider profile, including:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your professional qualifications, certifications, and credentials<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your actual years of experience and expertise<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your areas of specialization and services offered<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your pricing and fee structure<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your availability and scheduling information<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or services in any way. All information in your profile must be kept current and accurate.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>1.2 No False Claims or Guarantees<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree not to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about your services or their outcomes<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guarantee specific results or cures, as outcomes vary among individuals<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make medical diagnoses or prescribe medical treatments (unless you are a licensed healthcare provider)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Imply that your services can replace professional medical care<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use misleading or deceptive language in your profile, communications, or service descriptions<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>1.3 Confidentiality and Privacy<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and communications<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Never disclose client names, contact information, health conditions, or personal details without explicit written consent<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comply with applicable privacy laws and client privacy expectations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep client records secure and protected from unauthorized access<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not use client information for marketing, solicitation, or any purpose other than service delivery<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>2. Boundaries and Professional Relationships<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>3.1 Appropriate Professional Boundaries<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to maintain clear professional boundaries with clients and:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep the client-provider relationship professional and focused on service delivery<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not exploit clients emotionally, financially, or otherwise<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not pursue romantic or sexual relationships with clients you serve<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not pressure clients to purchase additional services or products<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not engage in any form of coercion or manipulation<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>3.2 Conflict of Interest<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to disclose any material conflicts of interest, including:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial interests in products or services you recommend<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal relationships with clients<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situations where your interests may conflict with a client&#8217;s best interests<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>4. Service Quality and Professionalism<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>4.1 Service Delivery Standards<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide services as described in your profile and client agreements<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honor scheduled appointments or provide reasonable notice of cancellation<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare adequately for sessions and maintain a professional environment<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Listen actively to client needs and concerns<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide services to the best of your professional ability<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow through on commitments and promises made to clients<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>4.2 Client Safety and Wellbeing<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prioritize client safety and wellbeing in all aspects of service delivery<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ask about health conditions, medications, and contraindications relevant to your services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Advise clients to consult with licensed healthcare providers for medical concerns<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stop or modify services if a client reports pain, discomfort, or adverse effects<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Never pressure clients to continue services they wish to discontinue<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recommend clients seek professional medical help if you suspect serious health issues<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>5. Financial Practices and Transparency<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>5.1 Fair and Transparent Pricing<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clearly display your pricing in your profile<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disclose all fees, charges, or additional costs before clients commit to services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Charge only the agreed-upon amount unless the client authorizes additional charges<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not implement hidden fees or surprise charges<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honor promotional pricing as advertised<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>5.2 Refund and Cancellation Policies<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establish clear, reasonable refund and cancellation policies<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Communicate these policies to clients before service delivery<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Honor refund requests in accordance with your stated policies<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Process refunds promptly if a client is entitled to one<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Handle disputed charges fairly and in good faith<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>5.3 No Misuse of Payment Information<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree not to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collect payment outside of the Platform without client consent<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retain or misuse client payment information<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Charge clients for services not rendered<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Process unauthorized charges or duplicate payments<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>6.1 Legal Compliance<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comply with all applicable federal, state\/province, and local laws and regulations as applicable<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain any required licenses, certifications, or permits for your services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pay all applicable taxes on income earned through the Platform<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comply with all consumer protection laws and regulations<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>6.2 No Illegal Activities<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal activities, including:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Money laundering or financial crimes<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Distribution of illegal substances or controlled items<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violation of intellectual property rights<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any other illegal conduct<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>7. Platform Use and Community Conduct<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>7.1 Appropriate Platform Use<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and not to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Harass, threaten, or abuse other users<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Post inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engage in spam or excessive marketing<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews through fake accounts or payments<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Post false or misleading reviews of other providers<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>7.2 Intellectual Property and Content<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respect the intellectual property rights of others<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only use content you have the right to use in your profile and communications<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Understand that content you post to the Platform may be subject to the Platform&#8217;s terms<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>8. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>8.1 Reviews and Ratings Integrity<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accept reviews and ratings from clients in good faith<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not retaliate against clients for negative reviews or low ratings<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not offer incentives or compensation to clients for positive reviews<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not post fake reviews of your own services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond to negative feedback professionally and constructively<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>8.2 Responding to Reviews<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you choose to respond to client reviews:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond respectfully and professionally without becoming defensive<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Do not disclose client information in your responses<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Offer to resolve issues directly with the client outside the public review<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use reviews as a way to improve your services<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>9. Prohibited Practices<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following practices are strictly prohibited:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Directing clients off-platform: Attempting to move client relationships off the Platform for any reason<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deception<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Illegal services: Offering or providing any services that are illegal<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abuse or harassment: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward clients or users<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sexual misconduct: Any inappropriate sexual conduct or communication with clients<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial exploitation: Taking advantage of clients for financial gain through coercion or deception<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mistreatment of clients: Verbally abusive, physically harmful, or emotionally manipulative behavior<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Breach of confidentiality: Disclosing client information without consent<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Impersonation: Posing as another provider or professional<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intellectual property violation: Unauthorized use of content, images, or trademarks<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>10. Health and Safety Requirements<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>10.1 Health and Hygiene Standards<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your services involve physical contact or in-person service delivery, you agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Keep your workspace clean, safe, and free from hazards<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow current health and safety guidelines and regulations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disclose any infectious illness or health conditions that could affect service delivery<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>10.2 Emergency Preparedness<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Know how to respond to medical emergencies<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a plan to assist a client in seeking emergency medical care if needed<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not attempt to provide medical emergency care beyond your training and credentials<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>11. Accountability and Grievance Resolution<\/b><\/h2><h3><b>11.1 Cooperation with Platform<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cooperate fully with SAHA Collective in investigating complaints or violations<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respond promptly to inquiries from the Platform about your conduct or services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide truthful information during any investigation or dispute resolution process<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>11.2 Dispute Resolution<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In case of disputes with clients:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to attempt good-faith resolution directly with the client first<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to participate in the Platform&#8217;s dispute resolution process if needed<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You agree to accept the Platform&#8217;s decisions regarding conduct violations<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>12. Consequences for Violations<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Warning: Written notice of the violation with a chance to correct the behavior<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suspension: Temporary removal from the Platform pending investigation or correction<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profile Deactivation: Removal of your profile from public view<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Permanent Removal: Termination of your account and removal from the Platform<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Legal Action: SAHA Collective may pursue legal remedies for serious violations<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The severity of consequences depends on the nature and severity of the violation, history of violations, and impact on clients and the community.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>13. Continuous Improvement and Professional Development<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We encourage providers to:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pursue ongoing professional development and education<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stay current with industry standards and best practices<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seek client feedback and use it to improve your services<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reflect on your practice and look for ways to grow<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h2><b>14. Amendments and Updates<\/b><\/h2><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SAHA Collective reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct at any time. Material changes will be communicated to providers at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued listing of services on the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Code.<\/span><\/p><h2><b>15.
