We thrive when we have connection with others as well as within ourselves. When we go through hard times one thing that helps make it bearable is feeling heard, making a huge difference in how we come out of the situation.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This can be in community, knowing that we are not the only person to have an experience. Or this can be working with a professional who can help us navigate what we\u2019re going through.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For me this was a mix of professionals and friends who were able to walk me through what burnout looked like and how to give myself grace when a bag of chips was the only dinner I could muster together.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone deserves to be heard and to have support when going through difficult times. Finding the right community or professional can be the last thing we have energy for.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saha creates a space where people can find professionals whose values align with their own. As we grow, a community will be created where people will feel heard and supported.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SAHA translates to together or endure.
