Launch Info: Provider Onboarding

We’re so excited to share that we have started moving forward with the full launch of SAHA. 

If you haven’t already filled out the matchmaking, what are you waiting for?

If you’ve already signed up to be a part of the matchmaking we will send you a link to review the information you previously submitted so that you can review it and make any changes.

If you have any questions – you can either join us for our provider calls or set up 15 minutes with our founder, Alenka.

Provider Advisory Board 

The next step will be to have a call with our provider advisory board. This is your chance to get to know other providers in a smaller setting.

In about a month, look out for an email asking you to schedule this time.

Our goal is to curate a list of providers of all kinds. As we take providers off the waitlist and get them onboarded to SAHA, our focus will be on having a dynamic list and one that we believe we can book appointments for. What that means is that we will slowly add similar providers as we feel that we can book them.

You’re off the waitlist, what’s next?

There are 3 major tasks you need to complete. 

  1. Set up your profile page
    1. This will be based on what you submitted for the matchmaking. It will include:
      1. More photos
      2. Detailed description of your services
      3. More about your background
  2. Set up your appointment calendar
    1. Link as many of your emails as you would like. The system will check against all of them before showing your availability.
    2. Set up all of your individual services
      1. For example if you have a 15 min free service this will be listed separately than your 1 hour paid service
    3. Choose your settings
      1. Reminders for your appointments
      2. Information your clients need to submit before hand
      3. +more
  3. Set up your direct payment
    1. This will allow payments to go directly into your bank account

Don’t worry. We will be with you every step of the way. 

This can feel overwhelming. 

Here’s what we are doing to make things easier:

  1. For each step we will provide step by step walk through videos.
  2. We will have office hours set up twice a week that you can join where we will troubleshoot any issues you have.
  3. You can always email and ask any questions you have.
